Forma Build provides design, supply and construction services for agricultural, commercial, equestrian and viticulture projects. From the initial site visit and design work through to groundworks, drainage, erection and cladding, we can provide a complete service tailored to the site and the intended use of the building.
We work primarily across Sussex, Surrey, Kent and Hampshire, including projects for farms, vineyards, equestrian businesses, rural estates, landowners and commercial organisations.

When making an enquiry, it is helpful to include:

- Any planning permission or drawings already available
- Your preferred timescale
- Photographs of the site or existing building
Once we understand your initial requirements, we can arrange a site visit where appropriate. This allows us to assess access, levels, drainage and other site conditions before developing a suitable proposal.

About Forma Build
Forma Build is the trading name of Forma Management Ltd. Led by Keith Stoner, the business draws on more than 30 years of experience in construction, agricultural buildings and project management.
We design, supply and erect British-designed steel-framed buildings and also undertake groundworks, drainage, building repairs and cladding replacement. Our work includes agricultural buildings, grain stores, livestock barns, equestrian facilities, wineries, vineyard buildings and commercial premises.
Forma Management Ltd carries £5 million public liability insurance, and client references are available upon request.

Q. Do you provide free site visits?
Yes. We can arrange an initial site visit to discuss the project, assess the location and understand your requirements.
Q. Can you help if I do not have drawings?
Yes. You do not need a completed design before contacting us. We can discuss your requirements and provide 3D CAD drawings as part of the project development process.
Q. Do you provide groundworks as well as the steel building?
Yes. Forma Build can provide a complete service covering the steel-framed building, groundworks, drainage and access requirements.
Q. Can you repair or reclad an existing building?
Yes. In addition to new buildings, we undertake general building repairs, maintenance and replacement cladding for agricultural and commercial properties.
Q. Which areas do you cover?
We principally undertake projects across East and West Sussex, Surrey, Kent and Hampshire. For projects outside these areas, please contact us to discuss the location and scope of work.
